Our reply shall confirm cancellation if item not shipped. We normally ship in stock items the same day. For late cancellations done if item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request and it shall be responsibility of customer to accept order and pay cash on delivery. For Prepaid items you can cancel within 2 hours of your booking. Cancellation accepted by email only. In various modes of payment such as Bank Transfer/PayPal/WUMT/Payment Gateways etc. the payment commission charged by any Indian & International financial body has to be completely borne by customer and we shall not bear any transaction fees applicable on receiving /reversing /refunding/returning payments. We will issue payment in 7 working days & it will reflect in customer account in within 8 to 30 Indian banking days depending on the working and coordination of different financial bodies involved in the process. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control and unforeseen delay may occur by financial bodies / banks/ etc. in processing the payments therefore we cannot be held liable for any delays in credit to payee account.
